Plastic Resin Information

Here are some examples of parts we either molded in the past or are producing right now. This is a very limited list and is just to give a general idea of the wide range of materials and products we deal with. We are also willing to work with any resin which the customer may require.

Antennae Parts:

Antennae Top Worm Shaft Overmold

The housing on the left is ABS, the gear on the right is Acetyl Resin which is molded over the metal shaft.

Children's Products:

Rubber Bib Rubber Placemat

The bib and place mat are both molded of the same resin, Flexible TPR. This resin is Flexible and easy to wash.

Medical Products:

Medical Handle Left Medical Handle Right Breath Fixture Breath Tube Side Breath Tube Top

These are all used for medical respiratory tests, the handle is Polycarbonate, the filter holder is Styrene and the tube is ABS.

Consumer Products:

Mouse Top Overmold Mouse Bottome Overmold Plastic Screw and Clap Window Shade Housing

These are for various consumer products, one is part of an automated sprinkler system while another is for scanning and enlarging text documents on a computer screen. The mouse scanning product is TPR over molded onto Styrene. The screw is Acetyl over molded onto Glass filled Nylon. The Venetian blind component is Polycarbonate.

Miscellaneous:

Construction Lens Hobby Piece Hobby Piece Hobby Piece

The construction light lens is composed of Polycarbonate while the hobby pieces are composed of Glass filled Urethane, the last piece on the right is Glass filled Nylon with Teflon.
